With more than a dozen publications and over 50 patents in ClimateTech, he's a recognized leader, featured in Business Insider, Fortune, and Microgrid Knowledge. Previously leading Energy Management at NICE America Research and holding key roles at GE and China Energy- World’s largest power producer, Dr. Singh also mentors’ startups in Climate and Energy at prominent organizations like Breakthrough Energy and Third Derivative.
Ratnesh Sharma
CTO
Dr. Ratnesh Sharma heads technology creation at Relyion Energy Inc. With 20+ years in energy management across diverse sectors, including roles at Hewlett-Packard, NEC Corporation, and NICE America, he's led teams at the intersection of energy storage systems and AI/ML software. Holding a PhD from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BTech. (Hons.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he's a licensed Professional Engineer. Ratnesh has (co)authored over 200+ papers/technical reports and holds 150 US patents.

Thought leader and team builder who builds loyalty with customers, investors and employees. As an executive he has taken several companies from launch to unicorns several times.

Jim Thompson is an accomplished executive with extensive financial expertise spanning both the automotive and start-up sectors. His notable roles encompass serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Our Next Energy, an ex-pat role as Finance Director for South American Region for Johnson Controls and Mergers and Acquisitions Leader for Visteon. A transformational leader, Jim has consistently achieved success by implementing effective product and cost optimization strategies. Importantly, Jim brings a wealth of experience in fundraising to the Relyion team, fortifying the organization's financial foundation and positioning it for sustained growth.

He has a deep understanding of energy markets, including micro-grids, project lifecycle and development, financial models, negotiation of term sheets, and power purchase and sales agreements. Nabil led significant growth for Cummins, Enervenue, and other energy-focused firms.

Cor van de Water is an industry veteran and multi-faceted technology integrator. He specializes in pioneering products that merge diverse technologies. With profound expertise spanning software, hardware, wireless protocols, remote powering, battery management, EV/Hybrid drivetrains, and environmental design, his portfolio ranges from telecom enclosures with enhanced thermal efficiency to EV charging stations. He managed international product certifications and actively engaged from concept to design and testing. His electric truck, powered by re-engineered Nissan Leaf battery packs, embodies his commitment to innovation in everyday life.

With a background encompassing roles at Tesla, VW Group India, and ARAI, he has demonstrated expertise in R&D, product development, product management, project management, testing and certification. Notably, at Tesla, Shubham served as an Engineering Program Manager, making significant contributions to portfolio of supercharging products including the Magic Dock and V4 Supercharger Post. His track record underscores his passion and dedication to delivering innovative solutions in several domains
Rohit Dantkale
Mechanical Engineer
Rohit Dantkale is a mechanical engineer who has optimized battery manufacturing at Proterra, employing process engineering in Visio to streamline operations. He is experienced in ensuring quality via PFMEA documents, Nomuda Visual Factory, and AutoCAD using lean principles, boosting KPIs.
