Previously leading Energy Management at NICE America Research and holding key roles at GE and China Energy- World’s largest power producer, Dr. Singh also mentors’ startups in Climate and Energy at prominent organizations like Breakthrough Energy and Third Derivative.

Dr. Ratnesh Sharma heads technology creation at Relyion Energy Inc. With 20+ years in energy management across diverse sectors, including roles at Hewlett-Packard, NEC Corporation, and NICE America, he's led teams at the intersection of energy storage systems and AI/ML software. Holding a PhD from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BTech. (Hons.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he's a licensed Professional Engineer. Ratnesh has (co)authored over 200+ papers/technical reports and holds 150 US patents.

Nick serves as VP of Engineering at Relyion. He brings over 30 years of design and management expertise from the computer system and semiconductor industries. Prior to joining Relyion, Nick was VP of Engineering & Research at FreeWire Technologies, where he led the team in the creation and deployment of the worlds first battery based EV charger. Prior to FreeWire, Nick was at Western Digital Corporation, where he was part of the enterprise storage products leadership team, responsible for strategy and future products. Before WDC, Nick was a key contributor to the design and architecture teams at several semiconductor companies, including NXP, GV and Fairchild Semiconductors. He also worked in Apple Inc.'s mobile phone division. He holds 26 US and international patents.
